How to use Create PDF forms

Create interactive PDF form fields in your browser. Position text fields, checkboxes and dropdown lists, then preview your fillable document.

  1. Open a PDF or create a blank page.
  2. Choose a field type and unique name, select its position and add it.
  3. Create and preview the PDF, then use Fill PDF forms to complete it.

A practical example

For a simple request form, add named text fields, a consent checkbox and a dropdown with explicit choices. Give each field a unique name and leave room for longer values. Preview the form, fill a test copy and open it in a second reader before distributing it.

Can I modify a digitally signed form?

Use an unsigned copy. Structural edits can invalidate signatures, and unsupported signed/XFA documents are rejected by the form workflow.
